Find out moreHadrian's Haul Ltd is owned and run by Mark Robinson, a former Royal Air Force Search and Rescue helicopter pilot who flew across Northern England, including along Hadrian's Wall.
After leaving the RAF, Mark set up Carrylite in 1997, the first luggage transfer service in Northumberland and the Scottish Borders, later expanding to several long-distance paths and cycle routes.
Mark went on to set up Hadrian's Wall Baggage Transfer Ltd and, after buying out Hadrian's Haul in 2022, formed Hadrian's Haul Ltd, now the largest baggage business on Hadrian's Wall.

£10 per bag per stage for walkers; cyclists are quoted individually, and a £2 non-refundable booking fee applies per booking.
Bags should weigh no more than 20kg (44lbs), with no extra items attached to the outside.
Only if the host guarantees access to deliver or collect bags between 9am and 4.30pm.
Cancel before 9am on the day prior to your first transfer for a full refund, minus the £2 booking fee.
